’20 weeks ago I was a new mum with a 4 month old who had nt run since school but wanted to get out and get fit. I was nervous about joining SMOTR but that trepidation disappeared within minutes of meeting Sabrina and Deborah, both of whom were so welcoming and encouraging. 

2 days ago I completed a 10k race with an amazing bunch of ladies. I never imagined I would be able to run continuously for over an hour let alone enjoy it.
