With the end of summer break looming – Yay! It’s time to start thinking about you. No more worrying about what to do with the kids in the holidays! Hopefully they will soon be back to nursery/school and you will be in a position to plan some ‘you time’.
Have you ever thought about running? Maybe you don’t think you’re the right size, age or fitness level. Maybe you’ve tried before and didn’t enjoy it? If this is you, you’re not alone. Many of the women who have learnt to run with us have felt the same. But since learning to run with us, they have found a new love for running. They’ve also made friends and had a lot of fun along the way.
So, if you’re kids are back to their normal routine next week and you want to start planning something for you, then make contact with us. We’ll answer any questions you have no matter how silly you feel they are.
Our new beginners classes start on Thursday 7th September at 11.30am. The course will last for 10 weeks and, by that time, you’ll be able to complete a 5K distance.
