Well, what a year it has been so far!
Over 65 women have started, or recommenced, their running journey with us and to say the experience has been emotional is an understatement!
Our women have surpassed their own expectations of themselves, broken through the limitations that they put on themselves and helped us to create a community of runners that inspire, support and draw strength from each other.
In order to offer being a member of this amazing community to even more runners, we are opening up our intermediate groups and launching a brand new C25K running course too.
So, if you are brand new to running and want to have a go, or would like to improve your 5K, learn to run 10K or even progress to training for a half marathon, then we have the group for you. We have three intermediate groups and one brand new beginners group launching in early September so get in touch if you are interested in receiving more information.
Our beginners group will run on a Thursday morning from 11.30 – 12.30pm
Intermediate groups run on Thursday mornings @ 9.30 – 10.30am and Friday mornings @ 9.30 – 10.30am.
